* OVERALL * - Popular starting tool for the AI piece of things if you are voice AI.  Vapi has new integration tools straight into Google and GHL calendars.  However, it can be expensive on usage based on choices of vendors you have Vapi use, but you have lots of control over the costs and the estimated speed (latency).

COSTS:

vapi.ai had a pricing page in Jan 2025.  21 Mar 2025 they removed the pricing page, so they had no visible pricing for any level . This changed 20 May 2025 with Vapi returning the pricing page with Adhoc as .05/min + .05/min surge pricing on concurrent + .0x for different (transcriber, model, voice, telephony) providers used, agency $500/mo coming soon, startup $1000/mo coming soon, custom. All customers seemed to be switched to adhoc pricing.
